The All Parts Welcome IFS Deck, is designed to introduce you to Internal Family Systems Therapy.
The card deck consists of 56 cards designed to explore Parts Work and is suitable for therapists, clients or anyone who wishes to introduce themselves to IFS or gain self awareness. These cards can also be used in numerous ways, outside of IFS- to explore self, relationships and family dynamics.
In the deck there is 36 hand painted Archetype Part Cards to offer an easy way to grasp the notion of Parts in a visual way and helps individuals to begin the process of identifying and acknowledging their own unique parts. The deck also has 15 handy Informative Cards to give bite sized, simple, and easy to understand breakdowns the key principles of IFS, so you always have something on hand in session or to refer back to.
