Request a Refund

I am confident that you will be satisfied with your order, but if you are unsatisfied with your product, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once a refund has been agreed, and the item arrives back to me in an unused and re-sellable condition, I will issue you a refund, minus an admin fee of 15% of the returned product value.

I would recommend that you send the return tracked and insured as I can't take any responsibility should it get lost or damaged in transit.  

Please note that I don't refund for forced returns. So please don't send the items back to me without contacting me first. There will be no refund given in these instances.

I don't offer refunds for digital downloads, since the items can't be returned.
