Shipping & Returns
When will my order be shipped?
All orders are shipped within 2-3 days of placing an order. In the event of a new product launch where products are available to pre-order the dispatch date will be clearly stated.
Why is International Shipping not free?
I would love to be able to ship worldwide, for free, but as a small business I simply can't afford that. However, because I want to keep these costs as low as I can, I do cover some of the postage and packaging cost, so that what you pay falls in line with the free shipping I offer in the UK.
What about tax and import duty?
Tax or import duty costs are NOT included when placing international orders. Please be aware that you will have to cover these costs, if they apply.

Do you offer a cancellation policy?
If you wish to cancel your order, for any reason, and it hasn't been processed or shipped, of course you can have a full refund. No questions asked.
Do you offer returns?
I am confident that you will be satisfied with your order, but if you are unsatisfied with your product, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once a refund has been agreed, and the item arrives back to me in an unused and re-sellable condition, I will issue you a refund, excluding any shipping costs I incurred fulfilling your order.
I would recommend that you send the return tracked and insured as I can't take any responsibility should it get lost or damaged in transit.
Please note that I don't refund for forced returns. So please don't send the items back to me without contacting me first. There will be no refund given in these instances.
I don't offer refunds for digital downloads, since the items can't be returned.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Whilst I do take all precautions when packing orders, to ensure they arrive to you in tip top shape, damages can still happen during transportation. In the unlikely event that this happens, please contact me.
I haven't received my order!
