The Parts of Me IFS Deck is a set of 60 cards designed to explore your inner parts.

The deck includes:

56 Hand-painted, Watercolour Parts cards:
Illustrated Manager, Firefighter and Exile Parts to help users to identify and work with their internal system.
Although Self is not a part, you will also find some 'Self-like' parts cards to offer balance to the deck and help to make it easier to distinguish between protective parts and true 'Self-energy'

Cotton Drawstring Bag: A beautiful, practical storage bag to keep the cards protected and portable.

These cards are the perfect companion to my All Parts Welcome Deck as you won't find the same parts repeated in this deck, to provide maximum value for those who already own my All Parts Welcome IFS cards.
