The Finding Freedom card deck is specialised tool designed to support individuals working through self-harm and seeking healthier coping mechanisms. Consisting of 44 cards, it walks the user through a comprehensive journey to meet them where they are at, from initial exploration to actionable change if that's want they desire.

This deck provides a structured, compassionate approach to navigating the complexities of self-harm, whilst providing valuable psychoeducation and dispelling common myths. It follows an 8 step process designed to:

Understand the Function: Identify the underlying reasons, purpose and emotional drivers behind self-harm, which help to combat shame.

Develop Self-Awareness: Recognise triggers

Explore Coping skills: Provide alternative strategies and ways to meet emotional needs without self-injury.
