In the Zone Card Deck

In the Zone Card deck is a multi-use deck and has been designed to assist clients in becoming aware of their emotions to enable them to self regulate.

This card deck comes complete with 4 instructions cards on how to use them, from a weekly check, which can make completing routine outcome measure (ROMS) forms more engaging or using them as a card game to explore feelings.

This card deck includes-
16 feeling cards, organised into the Zone of regulation colours.

The cards come in a cotton drawstring bag.
