These cards have been designed to assist your clients in getting to know their nervous system and gain awareness in order to thrive.

3 Activation Cards to bring awareness of when we may shift to different autonomic states.

3 Neuroception Cards: Designed to bring awareness of safety and danger cues and how our body responds in each state. 

8 Exercise Cards: Provides practical suggestions on how to use this deck and ways of working with Polyvagal theory in therapeutic sessions.
